• Reservations for Helicopters, Chauffered Cars, Car Rentals, Jets and Yachts are free of charge.

ROOM SERVICE & GIFTS DELIVERIES

• Delivery made to areas with the following post code: 8000 - 8200 (Central Algarve) - €75,00.
• All orders postal districts in the Algarve - €125,00
• Delivery fees after 20:00 (night service) are subject to an additional 25% (Algarve only)
• Next day (at the most 2 days - except cigars which could take 4 days) delivery fee for Portugal - €75,00
• International delivery  - Delivery time and rates depends on destination

DELIVERY TIMES

When we confirm your order, you will receive your product at the most, within:

JEWELLERY - 5 working days

VOUCHERS (Blue Heaven Feelings) - 2 working days

CORK PRODUCTS - same day in the Algarve, 2 working days for Portugal

PORT WINE (gift shop) - same day in the Algarve if your order is received until 19:00. After 19:00 it will be delivered on the day after. 2 working days for Portugal.

REQUESTS FROM ABROAD - depending on the product and destination, an average of 4 working days after the timings announced in the website.
