This unique cuvée bears the name of the patron saint of Mareuil-sur-Ay. The Clos (vineyard) consisting of one hectare has belonged to the family. The magic of the site added to human skill, has produced a wine of exceptional purity exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. To allow this great wine to mature in typical single cru style, the House has chosen not to add any dosage. This cuvée, hallmarked by the chalk and alluvial soil, has a particular complexity in its aromas, which contain an amazing freshness for a great wine which will mature beautifully over the next twenty years.
