Once your purchase is completed you will be sent a confirmation e-mail, in which the time of delivery will be stated. We will also use this e-mail contact to send you our newsletter, unless you do not wish to receive this, in which case you should select the “Cancel” option. Newsletter: We will ask for your name and e-mail address to subscribe to our newsletter. The aim of this is solely to keep you informed of our latest news.

With this option you can send a bunch of flowers or other gift with a personalised message.

We make refunds on every service or voucher within 14 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:
When the products are in one piece and their packaging is unopened;
A service can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the date it is booked for.
If the product has been personalised, we will only accept its return if it was received damaged or faulty.
Refunds are always made to the body or person who acquired the product, service or voucher, unless indicated otherwise. In the case of credit card payments, the refund value will be credited to your bank account, via bank transfer.
