How far in advance do I have to book the service?

There is no minimum advance notice, we accept same day reservations if there is availability. However, in order to guarantee a service, a booking should be made.

Are your services insured?

All our services are insured, according to the law that regulates each type of transport service in Portugal.


How far in advance should I be at the airport?

To comply with the scheduled departure time, passengers must be at the airport at least 20 minutes before takeoff.


Can we bring our own catering and drinks?

Yes, however, we ask you to refrain from bringing red wine due to difficulties in removing spillages.


Can the helicopters land anywhere?

In compliance with the Portuguese law, we can only land 300 meters from any building. Therefore, taking this into account we can only land at certified airports or heliports.
Note: Comporta’s heliport is not certified, and therefore we cannot land there.


What if my flight is delayed?

When you book the transfer we ask you for the flight number, so we can track your journey and therefore will be aware of any delays. That is why it is important you share this information with us while booking the service.

How can I find the driver?

Upon your arrival the driver will be waiting for you in the main hall, with a visible sign with your name and surname or with your company logo or event name.

Do you provide baby car seats and child booster seats?

Yes, we provide them free of charge, however, prior notice is required.

Is it possible to change or cancel a transfer?

Yes, but we require 24-hour notice either via a phone call or an email.

Could the driver help me with the luggage?

Absolutely, it is part of our service.
